Everything in this enchanting hotel was fine, we liked it. Exceptionally nice location close to everything made it easy to get to key attractions. We dined out at Beer Chicken Restaurant, set steps away from the venue. The room was brand-new and functional, plus the bed was nice. The breakfast was marvellous, had good choice of options and the food was good!

Swimming pool and decorations around it both day and night seeing as it's a 24 hour pool. The front desk reception staff were helpful and polite when asked questions. They did their best to speak english although one could not at all when ordering room service. tv's can be made English audio which is always helpful
The room service order was not what they delivered. It felt like a dungeon due to only one window in our room that looked out to everyone else's window...that looked into the hallway. Our first night of dining at their restaurant, I could not eat the rest of my dish due to it being so greasy, salty, unhealthy including my wife's dish. There really wasn't any vegetarian options. The delivered pizza and KFC for dinner on other nights felt much healthier! The location isn't the greatest because there really is nothing around unless you walk or take a taxi to other parts of Lima. There isn't even acces to the beach from there! Would I stay here again? Probably not

I really enjoyed the spacious room with a jacuzzi and the great buffet breakfast, but the bathroom leak was a letdown. I’d totally come back!

Staff were the best part of the adventure, very helpful and accomodating.
The gym was really non-existent. We luckily found one down the road. It would be a good idea for you to work a deal with the gym to give your guests access for a reduced rate. Having a good gym is a key part of my travel decision making criteria.

The short walk to the un offices where I work and the proximity to coastal parks in Miraflores where one can walk and run safely.Friendly and helpful staff.
The noise from various sources. Re recommending the hotel - it is ok for a short business stay but bring ear plugs. Probably not good for a family with young children.

When I was making my reservation, I've selected a hotel with free shuttle from-to the airport. But I had to pay for the two taxis! And the recepcionist at the hotel said to us that they will pay for the taxi to the airport, and when the driver left us there he told us tah we will have to pay!!!! Unbelievable!

Clean and comfortable room with huge tube with jets for nice soak. The representative at the desk was very good and the gentleman who helped me with my bags upon arrival and departure. They prepared a nice breakfast for me at 7 in the morning. Will stay again.

The spacious bed ensured a restful night.
Unfortunately , the location felt a bit isolated , as getting to key attractions required a taxi. The breakfast options were limited, which left much to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a Senior Suite and was very nice. Everything in the room worked except Wi Fi and the staff didn't seem to be able to fix that, so that was a pity. There was a food menu in the room but no other information about the hotelThere should have been a folder with information. The food was very tasty and I very much enjoyed my stay overall.
The Wi Fi in my room didn't work and one staff member was too friendly and because I was there on my own, he kept checking if I was ok and wanted to share a glass of my wine with me, which was inappropriate. Too friendly!

The sauna
First : exchange rate from dollars to Peruan soles is 2.8 when official rate is 2.55, which makes the price raise a lot. Secondly, staff is not professional at all. Only one example : entering the room at 01.00 am for cleaning !!! We thought we were assaulted when sleeping. They proposed to offer a drink for compensation !!! Had already stayed there before but was very disappointed and will never go back.

The staff was very firendly and helpful. We needed help finding taxis and getting around, and they did all they could to help accommodate.
A few things were a little bit run down. It needs some updating.
